- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No parking as it's on the main road has a second floor with no lift so maybe difficult for some people however all other stuff is standard practice. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Veey very difficult to get through to make or cancel an appointment, tried to cancel appointment due to illness then the staff have the nerve to advise I need to give them 24hrs notice to cancel even though I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes to even get through!
